Superbill for Insurance Reimbursement
While we do not bill insurance companies directly, we understand that some clients may wish to seek reimbursement for our services. To support this, we can provide a superbill – an itemized receipt with details required by insurance companies for potential reimbursement. However, please note:
- Superbills are provided only after service completion: You’ll receive your superbill once you’ve completed your session(s). This policy ensures clarity and accuracy in documenting the services provided.
- Filing is the client’s responsibility: Each insurance company has unique policies on out-of-network reimbursement. Some clients receive partial or full reimbursement, while others may not. Contact your insurance provider to understand your specific plan’s requirements and benefits.
- No guarantees of coverage: Reimbursement depends on your individual plan, coverage for out-of-network services, and other factors determined by your insurance provider.
For questions on how to file a superbill with your insurance, we recommend contacting your insurance provider directly, as they can offer guidance specific to your plan.
